Meraki: add 2 Meraki Cloud Hostname in the configuration

We use 2 different Meraki Dashboard, China and US and need to configure 2 MerakiCloudHostname:

dashboard.meraki.com
dashboard.meraki.cn

at the moment in version 2024.1.0 of NPM. the Polling Hostname or IP Address is hardcoded to api.merkai.com which you cannot change. so adding a secondary node configured to use either api.meraki.cn for China or api.meraki.ca for Canada isn't supported.
