When you create an action rule currently there is not a method to be able to email the client that the rule is generated from. If you try to use the <client_email> tagging in the recipients email box it removes the tagging and causes the email to fail. This feature would be extremely helpful if you want to create a stock template answer for a service request in a certain format and have the answer get sent back to the person requesting the action. Allow the client email to be placed in the recipients dialog box.
We are using this for FTP website creation requests. The template will allow for the custom fields to show up in the email template but we can't have this emailed back to the client because it does remove the tags.
