It would be beneficial to be able to hyperlink to an asset item in Web Help Desk. Currently we have configuration documents for hardware as well as applications, in those configuration documents we make reference to specific asset items. It would be nice to be able to link directly to that asset item in Web Help Desk to show all details about the asset as well as any ticket history with asset. Currently hyperlinking to tickets can be done which is a great help but the asset hyperlinking is not available.
