1. Create a single Save & Exit button. Currently, after the ticket is Saved (by button), the ticket refreshes back to the top...you then have to scroll back down to the bottom of the ticket to exit to the ticket list.
2. Duplicate the "Delete", "Save", "Save & Email", "Cancel" buttons at the TOP of the ticket. This bypasses the need to scroll down to the bottom of the ticket to exit.
3. Remove dependencies and eliminate unnecessary and confusing "John Smith is currently editing the ticket" to ticket exits. If a tech views a ticket and exits other than by "Cancel" button or back (such as clicking the
Group Tickets link), the next ticket viewer/editor sees the "<Tech> is currently editing the ticket" prompt.
