As an admin, I'm responsible for creating individual and group accounts in Solarwinds. I don't belong to most of the Active Directory groups for which I have to set up accounts, create custom menus, views, and so on. This means it's difficult or impossible for me to test-drive a new account before turning it over to the end user.
It would be very helpful if I could log in as admin-level Solarwinds user, choose an account, and then impersonate it. This would let me see how the permissions, view, menus, etc. would appear to an actual group member. One of our other monitoring tools (Kaseya's Traverse) has this feature and I use it all the time for configuration and troubleshooting.
