In Solarwinds, custom property can be defined for alarms, but there is no such feature for active alarms. Could there be a development on this subject?
We have integration with Solarwinds with another ITSM tool and we need to add the ticket numbers we have opened on this ITSM tool to a column in the alert active table on Solarwinds.
On Solarwinds, we can only add this to the alert note column and this field is useless because users should also use it.
