It would be really great is the AD sync functionality also synchronized the Security ID (SID) of the users. That way, if a user is renamed in Active Directory, the system will automatically update WHD. Right now, it will deactivate the old user, and create a new one, even though they're the same user. Allowing the users to sync based on SID would take care of this issue.
