While IPAM has added support for the ISC DHCP management, currently there is no failover peer option in the ISC DHCP subnet configuration. This support is needed for any HA environment to be able to use this product effectively. To fully support the ISC dhcp failover peer, the two DHCP servers need to have their subnet configuration synchronized in addition to have the failover peer option.
