A feature that my company would like to have is the ability for clients to be able to manually specify an approver from a list for a ticket. I normally have multiple persons setup when a specific criteria is met to have the ticket routed to the appropriate CAB approver/supervisor but sometimes the two approvers that have been set maybe out at the sametime and that makes me having to always update the CAB listing of approvers. The feature i wanted to see implemented is that the clients can select someone from a list to approve the ticket before it is routed to the tech.
