Orion maps: Be able to change and save other users maps without the save-as and change name.

It is very important for our customers that all employees can edit and save maps. The way it is now is that you have to save-as, with a different name, then delete the old map. Users need to be able to view, edit and save other peoples maps, without being given admin rights
