I noticed quite a few items on the WHD VA that could be done a bit better.
1: During initial configuration you have an option to use an external SQL DB or the internal. If you choose to use the external DB, then the VA should be able to drop the thick provisioned VHD file that I'm assuming is reserved for the database. This will help right size VM's and not have wasted "space" for a DB that is not being used
2: I had support show me how to save graphic files within the linux file structure and link those graphic images to FAQ's instead of having to refer to an external source (like an IIS server). However, the space was limited on the amount of files I could save. Having the ability before creation of the VA to have control over the size of the storage that could be used strictly for graphic storage for the FAQ html would help make the WHD VA truly self contained.
