A remark I got recently was about an end-user who wanted to follow up a ticket where she wasn't the main user of the ticket but was put in cc.
She gets all the updates through mail but when she want's to access the ticket through the link or web interface she has no permission to the content. She can't follow up or add a remark.
We have a lot of tickets where several end users are involved.
Because all cc. users are known in the WHD it would be great they also got a read only access to those tickets they're involved. And would be able to add remarks.
