We are testing the feature “End of Support & End of Sales Lookup” and the value generated in End of Support/Sales/SW maintenance seems not accurate.
It doesn’t access internet to update EoL/EoS information.
Also SolarWinds does not guarantee information is up-to-date and comprehensive in each release.
Therefore the workaround is to input EoL/EoS dates to SolarWinds manually.
However if extracted all devices, there are many machine types in a system monitoring 1k+ nodes. It would be a huge job to select the correct date in SW.
We would like to raise a feature request that SW can collect the correct date automatically.
