The clients can currently search tickets but it only searches for words in the Subject or Request Details fields. We need the clients to be able to search in the Client & Tech Notes fields as well.
The Principal of a building may need to search for all tickets related to a specific student. Unfortunately, sometimes the requestor doesn't put the student name in the Request Detail, and instead replies to the ticket and puts the information in the ticket note instead. Since it is in a note, the client can't find that ticket when searching for the student name because it wasn't listed in the Request Detail, even though it was listed in a note on the ticket.
