Support new TLS versions for POP3 and IMAP in Pingdom

Hello,
can you please add support for TLS version 1.2 and 1.3, which is standard today to Pingdom tool and preferably disable using obsolete versions TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 as well. It seems, that only outdated TLS version 1.0 is supported for POP3/IMAP connections (TCP port 995 and 993) in Pingdom tool.
