When in Orion, sometimes there is an occasional issue where you click something that has worked for a long time and it no longer works. Rather than just viewing the error, and or returning home, how about when you have your accounts linked i.e. thwack, and Solarwinds customer portal, that Orion could some how also be linked to allow for a create ticket now button in the same window. it could capture all the information you need since you are currently in the page where the error occurs and send it all in a nice package to the support team.
