I really like the new more flexible GUI for FAQs. Especially on how you can alter the column widths
This would be great on the list of Tickets.
I like to be able to see as many tickets with summary info as possible on the screen. Ideally, only one line per ticket, not multiple lines. To do this, I would need :
* Ability to adjust column widths - the "Client" column is too big and the "Request Detail" is too small
* Ability to select "Subject" on items own from the column set, rather than "Request Detail" which actually contains both "Subject" (in bold) and "Request Detail" from the ticket
* To show "Request Type" for all it's levels horizontally, rather than each level stacked vertically (at a slight diagonal)
* Dates/Times to show on one line, rather than having time stacked on a separate line below the date
* For long columns, such as Request Detail and Solution, choose the ability to either wrap more detail over multiple lines or simply truncate on 1 (or x lines) simply showing elipses (...) to indicate more information not shown
