So, we created a list field with email addresses in it for people we want notified of certain actions or events.
We then created a rule to send emails to these people under certain conditions.
Then we discovered that we could not use the custom field tag in the "Recipient" field of the "Send Email" screen of the rule.
If we could use this custom field tag, we could automate sending emails to the person indicated in the custom field.
