Update SD Wan API monitoring with Viptela / Cisco Orchestrators to include Cisco cEdge devices.

Currently Solarwinds documentation states that only devices with SysObjectID 1.3.6.1.4.1.41916 will be imported as nodes that are 'Managed by Platform". This appears to be the only way to get enhanced VPN data from our vManage API. Currently most (if not all) devices with that listed SysObjectID are end of sale and Cisco has been aggressively pushing customers to replace them with Cisco branded devices. Considering that all the same data is being polled from Cisco cEdge devices as the older Viptela devices, this should be an easy fix to cross reference managed nodes with the list of devices polled from our orchestrator API.

We are investigating the possibility of expanding Viptela support to cEdge devices. We didn't consider it at first because we had been concentrating on vEdge.

vEdge have been end of life for some time now, we really need cEdge support!

Has there been any progress on this support? This is a HUGE gap in our observability possibilities and future growth considerations with the SolarWinds product line.
