I am using a ticket custom field that is a multi-choice with 15 elements. These elements are single words. To further describe the meaning of each word I wanted to use the tool tip (information field) to display a detailed text, but I find thatafter approx 240 characters the field doesn't allow any further text.
Ideally I would like to write the complete text in a separate file which could then be imported or better still inserted in real time through the use of html tags. All attempts to date to achieve this have failed.
Can you offer me a solution for this problem ?

The functionality you have described is not offered in the application options and configuration. Therefore, I have submitted this feature request to our development team. They will consider the request, and decide whether it will be implemented.
