It would be convenient to have the ability to break out a note in a ticket into a child ticket. That way the main ticket can be closed but branch into a different problem. IE a user submits a ticket for a broken keyboard. Then when the tech is working on that issue another one is discovered so it gets added to the notes causing that ticket with a different subject to remain open for extended period of time. Like the keyboard one being open for a few weeks when the keyboard problem has technically been resolved.
