Competitor's products will allow users to search for tickets by entering a ticket id/note content/title content all within a search bar that is available at all times.
The addition of a search bar like this in WebHelpDesk would save a huge amount of time spent sifting through emails to find a particular call ID.
For example, if I knew a ticket contained the resolution for a problem that had been encountered relation to "Error:xxx", I could simply type "Error:xxx" into the search bar, and WebHelpDesk would search through all ticket contents. Conversely, if I knew that a ticket had "Call ID x" typing this in would dynamically search the call history for call IDs of the same number, as well as searching for any other calls that might reference it.
