Please change the timing of when the alert file is updated during the acknowledge process when clicking on the Acknowledge URL from an alert's email message. Today it appears to be updating it as soon as you click on the link, not giving time to enter an acknowledgement note. See issue described in http://thwack.solarwinds.com/thread/54669
It would also be helpful if the node id and it's custom fields were available on the alert file, so I could use my custom field's email address to send the Acknowledgement to the same group that received the original alert.
