I used NPM both basic & advanced alert. Can I use another email for different set of users?

I am using NPM with Alert feature (both basic and advanced).

So, I am a network engineer who cares of all routers, switches and etc. So I made a basic alert with my email account, which is working great. (i.e node up/down, interface up/down)

No, we are using advanced alert with server team's email account, which is working great (VM, windws etc).

Now, we have help desks who cares of different objects (specific routers and servers).

So, I used already basic alert with my email account and we used already advanced alert with server team's account.

I was trying to find out whether we can setup another alert for specific help desks only, but I couldn't find out.

In other words, if I edit basic alert (or advanced alert) it will change current email alert which we like to keep (network team / server team)

How can I setup another alert (either basic or advanced) for different users (help desks) with different nodes in NPM? so that help desks can receive their interesting nodes only.

I found the way.  In the comment, you can customize as different group, such as group1. Then you can make a alert for this group1 with detail description.
