Hi THWACK Community,
We recently pushed the latest NPM update, and right after that our web console started returning “503 Service Unavailable” errors intermittently. All Orion services appear to be running normally, and server health checks look good. We tried clearing browser cache and restarting services, but the issue persists for multiple users across different sites.
We rely on SolarWinds heavily at tcdownloader.com to monitor and manage several internal tools, so this outage is causing quite a bit of disruption.
Has anyone else run into this after the update? Any known hotfixes or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
