Hi Guys,
We recently have been porting from a legacy instance to a new global instance, running the latest version
As we've done this, i've noticed the service restart function doesn't appear to work any more (despite the alert being on)
Digging into it, it looks like the newer version uses the network service account, rather than system and this may be a factor
Does any one know how this works? Is it actioned by the poller, or the local agent? Or is there an alternative method - i'd really like Solarwinds to continue to be able to start a failed service it is monitoring
Kind Regards,
