Hello Community,
I am using SolarWinds Service Desk Premier free trial License. I have installed Discovery Agent on my End user devices and users devices are showing under ASSETS -> Computers.
But now, I want to access and discover Network Devices (routers, switches, firewalls, network printers etc.) using Discovery Scanner. Basically, I am confused between Credentials, Connections and Scanners.
If anyone assist me with step-by-step configuration regarding this matter?
