The list of flags in the system seems short. I do not see one that represents the tech notes?
Hi nelsonm, Is my understanding correct that you want flag/indicator to quickly show whether a ticket contains tech notes. We do have one option in advanced search for tech notes, We can filter tickets which has tech notes with the help of Ticket activity widget.

hello no sir, talking about tags, i dont see any tags for the tech note. No template listed either yet the WHD does have a template with variables and a whole table when you use a tech note and click on send
