Request for Guidance on Integration with SolarWinds, BMC Helix, and Google Chat

I’m reaching out to seek your guidance on a few points to help me better understand the integration process involving SolarWinds, BMC Helix, and Google Chat. I’ve been assigned to explore this integration and would like to clarify a few things before proceeding with planning.

I would really appreciate it if you could take a few moments to help me with the following questions:

Are there any documents or resources available that list the tools supported for integration (i.e., which tools can or cannot be integrated)?
Are there any step-by-step guides or documentation available specifically for integrating BMC Helix and Google Chat & for others?
Do you have any suggestions or recommendations on areas I should explore further to deepen my understanding of this integration process?

AFAIK there's no documentation for this, however, many people have had success with webhook integrations for other platforms. You can find some instructions here on THWACK from other users for things like Slack, Teams (now deprecated), and Ops Genie. I've moved this to the SDK forum. Hopefully, another of our amazing users has some ideas for you.

I am not sure if this is still valid for latest version of SolarWinds - which is now SolarWinds Observability Self Hosted, but then in the past bmc did have connectors to connect with SolarWinds (NPM), check on bmc site

Almost all monitoring tools have an API. If there is not an existing integration into one of the other toolsets it is always possible to move data between the tools via the API.
