I need some help regarding the retention of ticket data in SolarWinds Web Helpdesk Query: How are Data Subject Access Requests (DSARS) handled and the right to be removed? What options are there? We are not able to change data retention dates or automate a delete process. Is there a way to set a retention period on tickets within SolarWinds? We need to be able to automate the deletion of personal data from DSARS? Thank you
