Routing Neighbor Alerting

I am trying to configure alerts for Routing Neighbors (OSPF and BGP). I have used the logic below to build out the alerts. I am seeing the interfaces going down with the out-of-the-box alerts but I seem to be missing the trigger for the routing neighbors. This is currently alerting on Routing Neighbors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure, but you can try below query to create you Neighbors' alerts

SELECT Neighbors.Uri, Neighbors.DisplayName FROM Orion.Routing.Neighbors AS Neighbors<br/>LEFT JOIN Orion.NodeIPAddresses I ON Neighbors.NeighborIP = I.IPAddress

WHERE ISNULL(Neighbors.Router.Nodes.CustomProperties.Assignment_Group,'')<>'' AND
      Neighbors.IP_Version=4 AND
      Neighbors.ProtocolOrionStatus=2 AND
      ISNULL(I.Node.Status,0)<>2 AND(
        (Neighbors.ProtocolName='BGP' AND Neighbors.ProtocolStatusDescription<>'Idle') OR
