Notifcations for out of date MIBs database

When the MIB database bundle is out of date we can see this in the Web UI as follows:

However, we should also be able to create standard notificatiosn to admins via e-mail etc. for this so it can be automated.

If you are suggesting this as a feature then the best place to do that would be over in SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted (formerly known as Hybrid Cloud Observability) Feature Requests

But, if you keep your environment up to date on a regular basis then the MIB DB shouldn't get out of date, or at least not by much.
