Calculating tech time from notes (authors) who may have worked a ticket, but the ticket was not assigned to them

I would like to have a report by tech that accounts for time spent working on tickets not assigned to them. Has anyone figured out how to use the latest notes to do this without having to manually filter out the assigned tech and adding other techs time to a ticket?

Are you using a Billing Report rather than a Ticket Report? That should look at individual Notes and acculate time for the exact Tech for each Note rather than by the Ticket as a whole documentation.solarwinds.com/.../default.htm
