I'm trying to get this product installed for the first time "SolarWinds-Dameware-Server" but documentation does not exactly follow the product (https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/dameware/content/install-dmrcc.htm) , Task 3:after step 4 I receive a window called "Account creation" not mentioned in the instructions. It requires you o provide passwords for Central Server users (admin and user) and Mobile Gateway users (admin and user). After Task 5: step 4 a window pops up to login to the server (this is not mentioned in the documentation) but it will not accept any of the credentials it had me create. So I cannot do anything because I cannot login to the server.
I have a support ticket in but thought maybe someone in the community has run into this issue???
