Configuration Management Connection refused x.x.x.x

Hey all,

I have been pushing scripts to switches in the network and on a handful I get "Connection Refused by X.X.X.X"

Connection has been tested with SNMP, which works, SSH and CLI test also works. The switch has taken the correct configuration from Solarwinds as well.

Switch does not prompt any logging issue or a denied port/access. I'm really at a loss here.

I have successfully remedied other switches, same model, same baseline configuration by addind to the ACL/config manually.

However this did not solve it on this specific machine, anyone that encountered the same issue? a bug?

Sidenote: The switch has also taken a successful backup of the configurations as well.

Solved this by basically doing the SNMP and credientials test again and then checking NCM logger, also wrote to memory inside the switch and it prompts to download.

Edit: Found that it's the NCM event Config download failed that triggers "Connection Refused" still unable to remedy this as all the suggested tests work fine.
