How to fetch additional hardware details related to mobile devices

I'm looking for an API endpoint that can provide detailed mobile device properties such as:

Network information
OS build version
Device name
Storage capacity

The current endpoint

/mobiles.json

doesn't return these properties. Is there another API endpoint available that provides this more detailed device information?

hi are you refering to android os monitoring OR remote device monitoring?

We are referring to SolarWinds ServiceDesk. In one of the Mobile devices (iPad), we are getting hardware and network related information as seen in screenshot. But we are not getting those information using the API endpoint mentioned above.

@nirali.shah , I dont think the data you are looking for is available in the API. I will reach out to our engineering team to confirm and if its not, then we will try and plan to add it in the future. Just curious, what is the problem you are trying to solve and or use case?

@joeybrown We're planning to fetch assets information and looking for all relevant information for all type of assets like hardaware, bios, storage, memory, networks and installed softwares.

Also we are not able to get the installed applications for mobile devices which are available in UI. So is it possible to fetch this information using API?
