I apologize ahead of time if this is a configuration I'm overlooking. In our SW instance, it's been brought to my attention that the "My Tickets" widget on our portal homepage redirects to a different link than the "My Tickets" link on the sidebar.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way for me to update the configuration behind these links to direct them to the same page? The issue is that when viewing from the sidebar link (combined_requests.portal page), less filter criteria is visible to the Requester. When viewing from the widget link (incidents.portal page), you have full access to all filter criteria (such as State is not, etc).
