Hi Team,
We are using different modules in Solarwinds for our Infrastructure monitoring and when an incident/ alerts triggered we need to manually lodge the incident to JIRA service management and create the ticket.
I want to automate this process and when an alert triggers it should automatically create the ticket in JIRA and when the alerts get clear, it should resolve the ticket automatically.
Is there any way to do this type of integration.
We are using
Module name: Solarwinds platform
Version: 2024.1.1
Modules we are using: NPM, SAM, NCM, IPAM and NTA.
For JIRA we are using data centre version and I thinks its On Prem version not cloud based(will confirm, once I get any info on this)
Kindly help with legit and easy method to do the integration.
