I am currently working on setting up an alert system and report for the traps we receive from the devices, specifically in relation to SLA breaches.
Please see the attached snapshot for your reference. The team has configured these traps in the devices to monitor SLA breaches.
My team's first requirement is to set up an alert based on the traps we receive. The alert should trigger only when an SLA breach trap persists
for 15 minutes. Additionally, they would like the alert to reset if this condition is no longer met. I've attached a few snapshots of the SLA breach traps for your reference.
Secondly, the team requires a report on SLA breaches. The report should track how many times a device breaches the SLA within a given period (hour, day, or month). It should include the following details:
