Yes, starting in 2025.1 you can override node and group entity URLs when editing the map and expanding the Behavior section.
If you're not on that version then I recommend you upgrade to 2025.1.1.The RC for 2025.2 is being released on April 15th, 2025 with a GA in the first half of June 2025.
The same ability Chad mentioned above will extend to lines between entities in 2025.2
