VM with SnapShots Report - Not Reporting on Snapshot size

Hello -

I thought I had a report running monthly that would tell us the Snapshot sizes of VMs we have. It looks like I have been wrong the whole time.

I can get snapshot count but I cannot get snapshot size - it defaults to Total Used Storage size which is the entire VM not just the snap shot.

Can I generate a report that will let me know number of snapshots and the size of the snapshots? Not just the Total Used Storage size?

Try this as a starter:

SELECT

v.Name AS [Virtual Machine Name]

, s.Name AS [Snapshot Name]

, s.DiskFiles.Name AS [File Name]

, s.DiskFiles.size AS [File Size]

, s.DateCreated AS [Date Created]

FROM Orion.VIM.Snapshots s

JOIN Orion.VIM.VirtualMachines v ON s.VirtualMachineID = v.VirtualMachineID
