Question on "Line Item Header" Added to PO Screen in 12.8.5

Has anyone actually been able to make the new "Line Item Header" field appear that's been advertised in the release documentation for 12.8.5?

I feel stupid, but I can't find anywhere in the options to turn that feature on, and it's certainly NOT appearing on in our system.
Help?

To anyone reading this post, you'll be interested to note that the screen shots in the release documentation (see above) are kind of bogus/misleading.  Apparently everything in the PO screen works just like it used to, but now the system just automatically GROUPS like equipment together into "headers" that you cannot actually name or group yourself like the screen shot in the release note implies. 

To me that's confusing and bad documentation for misleading me into believing that we can name the "headers" or "groups" that assets appear in on the PO screen.  Point is, the "Quantity" and "Total Cost" fields the release note advertises were "added", don't weren't actually added at all AS FIELDS (there's nothing new you can fill in). 

Instead the "headers" that now automatically appear, actually just display a "Quantity" COLUMN for the specific auto-grouping (Line Item Header), and there is also no "Total Cost" column for each header like the screen shots suggest there is...other than the one that's always been at the bottom of the line items list:

Great job on this by documentation and development team.  It's all working as designed.  Confusing and weird!!
