Assistance Required to Verify Flow Collector and Device Mapping

I hope you all are doing well.

I am reaching out to seek your expertise in resolving an issue where I am currently stuck. I am trying to obtain details of the flow collector and the list of devices sending flow data to a specific collector. In our environment, we have both MPE and APE pollers, and I need to identify which poller is acting as a flow collector and how many devices are sending flow data to each collector.

I have created a report on the Orion Web Console following the steps mentioned in the screenshot. However, the report shows that only the APE is acting as a collector, with all 21 devices sending flow data exclusively to the APE.

At this point, I am unsure whether the data is accurate. Could you please advise if there is any way to verify the devices and their assigned collectors directly from the Orion Web Console? Any guidance or alternative method to cross-verify this information would be greatly appreciated.

Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Product Specific Settings > NTA Settings > NetFlow Collector Services.

What do you see in that page?

Hi,

I have checked and found only the NTA settings option, but I could not find the "NetFlow Collector Services" option. When I click on it, it opens a page called "NetFlow Traffic Analyzer Settings"

NetFlow Settings Check:

Check the NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA) settings in the Orion Web Console.
Navigate to Settings > All Settings > NTA Settings to verify which pollers are functioning as flow collectors.

Flow Sources Report:

Go to the NetFlow Sources section to check which devices are sending flow data to which poller.
From Settings > NetFlow Sources, you can see which pollers are active and which devices are sending data to them.

Thanks for the response, both MPE and APE are up and working as a collector as shown below screenshots.

But, I am unable to cross verify how many devices and which devices are sending flow data to which collector as we have two flow collector.
