We recently switched over from Basic SMTP send for emails to the API based Exchange/Office365 method. Since then, we've been seeing duplicate notification emails when a ticket is created or updated. It doesn't appear to be an issue if a tech creates a ticket, but not positive about that. We are on Loop1's hosted platform and they haven't been able to figure anything out, so I thought I'd check to see if anyone else is having this issue.
We're planning to switch back to standard SMTP to confirm the problem is related to the API method and will update this post once we know more.
