Webhelpdesk Old versions download.

I am a user of the Free Webhelpdesk and we are using an outdated version, We need to update it but need intermediate who to follow the suggested path. I used to have access to the downloads centre but that was years ago.
I specifically need 12.7.7 and onwards.

I thought we could get to the customer centre but I don't seem to have access to it. Please help

Did you ever have a perpetual license but did not keep up support?

I did have. But no one ever sent me anything. I used to be able to download the updates from ‘downloads’ section which has been diiscontinued.
if there’s a free version surely I should have been able to get the updates. I’ve been using it for over 10 years and got up to 2022 when I no longer could get the downloads to update.
several times I’ve messaged their help and they have sent me links.
not sure why the old files have been removed or how to get them again.

If you can prove you had a perpetual license at one point, SW customer services should be able to give you access.
