We are having an issue while doing list resources on windows & linux servers.
While doing list resources, it status "installing an agent" for ages as like below. Does anyone have come across this scenario & any fix on this would be helpful.
Moreover,
When I tried to “poll now”, it fails.
When I tried to “Real-time process explorer”, it fails with DNS errors stating "No DNS entries exist for host <poller name>".
When I tried to “List resources”, it fails with installing software.
Your response would be much helpful. Thanks in advance.
