Am I missing the option or is there no way to add an attachment to a service catalog item? I would like HR to upload a pdf that IT uses to further process onboarding requests. Thanks for any assistance.
Never mind I figured it out. For anyone seeking the same question, I solved this by creating a custom field of Type "Attachment" and added that field to the Catalog Item.
