Creating a modern dashboard to see uptime of servers/services

Hello,
we have already set up a classic dashboard using a widget named "Availability on Each node' which is replicated for different servers/services. I am intending to create a modern dashboard for the same purpose with widgets with same functionality as "Availability on Each node'. I am wondering if this is possible and if yes, how?

its proving the individual uptime. how we can take the average percentage uptime. Also please help me with find out the uptime with selection the responsible team like network or server

1. Identify the Widget Functionality

Since you already have the classic dashboard, determine:

The data source (logs, metrics, API calls, etc.)
The query or filters used in the classic widget
The visualization type (e.g., table, gauge, bar chart, heatmap)

2. Choose the Modern Dashboard Framework

Most modern dashboards support:

Better UI/UX (drag-and-drop, interactivity)

Advanced Filtering (real-time analytics, drill-down capabilities)
