I'm hoping maybe some community members can shed more light or help with this.
I've had tickets in with Solarwinds Support as well, and we were unable to find a solution.
A few months ago our integration stopped working. I have taken all steps that have been outlined for me, recent one was changing the port to 17774.
A separate team of developers are the ones responsible for the Integration/Midserver setup, etc.
Both Solarwinds, and myself have put the issue back on them, but they have not been able to get it working.
We still are able to do a GET request no issue. It's our POST that kicks back a 500 server error.
I'm not sure now what the Endpoint URL used to be on their end, but for now they have the Endpoint URL the same for their GET and POST.
