I have a tech who is unable to see new tickets assigned under the My Tickets tab. There are no filters being used.
The tech has to search for tickets under their name to see new tickets. The last new ticket shown is from 11/18.
What release version of WHD are you using?
@bam0899 This might be why @pabely was asking that:12.8.4 included a fix for a similar issue which some people reported in WHD 12.8.3 HF3.I believe it is the second Fix listed on the release notes: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/whd/content/release_notes/whd_12-8-4_release_notes.htm
Please let us know if you are already upgraded to 12.8.4 and are still seeing that behavior.
